1984: Founded in Dayan, a small town in mountainous area of Zhejiang Province, the predecessor of Shilin Company, Fenghua Redwood Craft Factory.
1994: Enterprise product restructuring, make full use of local abundant bamboo resources, take bamboo chopsticks as the leading factor. On October 22, Ningbo Shilin Crafts Co., Ltd. was established. Its headquarters moved from mountain area to Fenghua main urban area, and the enterprise completed its first leap.
1995: The first "Chinese Chopsticks Culture Festival" was held in Shanghai.
1998: "Scholars" worked hard and achieved fruitful results. Shilin's top-grade craft chopsticks were selected as the gift chopsticks of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; the "largest mahogany chopsticks" designed and manufactured by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs won the highest award in Guinness; and the gold medal of the International Bamboo Expo.
2004: In Fenghua High-tech Park, a new 30 mu land plant and office building were built.
2005: the new factory was opened and the development focus was shifted from chopsticks to modern bamboo furniture and household goods.
2007: It was appraised as Ningbo Hi-tech Enterprise.
2008: Ningbo Enterprise Engineering (Technology) Center was established.
2009: passed ISO2001:2008 certification. In the same year, IKEA became the world's fifth largest trading company and the first bamboo furniture product partner in China.
2010: identified as the leading agricultural enterprise in Ningbo
2011: Complete the bamboo bowl automatic production line project. It has been appraised as the leading bamboo enterprise in China by the International Bamboo and Rattan Center of the State Bureau.
2012: Establishment of Academician Workstation
2013: 120 million yuan was invested in Ningbo Bamboo Industrial Park and 60 mu of new factories were started.
2014: Ningbo Zhuyun Home Appliances Co., Ltd. was established, and the new factory was put into operation in July.
2015: It was appraised as China's quality and integrity enterprise and provincial key agricultural leading enterprise.
2016: It has been appraised as the national forestry key leading enterprise and the national forestry standardization demonstration enterprise.
2017: "Shilin, Zhuyijia" brand bamboo series products won the certificate of "protection of products of ecological origin".
2018: Elastic leisure chair designed and manufactured won the Golden Prize of the exhibition works of the World Bamboo and Rattan Congress, and the "Bamboo and Rattan Furniture Triple Set" was collected by the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization.
